What is your standard shipping policy?
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $200. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of $15 applies. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days.
How do I ensure I select the correct size?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' button with specific measurements for that garment. We recommend comparing these measurements against a similar item you already own to ensure a perfect fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-tailored garments are final sale.
Do you offer alterations for online orders?
While we do not provide remote alterations, all of our trousers and jackets are constructed with generous seam allowances to allow your local tailor to easily adjust the fit to your preference.
